What else you might be charged
- Payment processing
- Charged by the payment provider for collecting the money. Your buyer pays it, on top of your price, and it is itemised on their screen before they confirm anything.
- Payout processing
- Charged when your money is sent to you. Bank transfer is a flat fee; mobile money is a percentage, so bank is usually cheaper on larger amounts. You choose at payout and we show you both.
- Creating an account, creating a deal link
- Free.
Deals run from GHS 500 to GHS 50,000. Mobile money up to GHS 25,000, bank transfer above that.
TheTrueVault holds the payment until the deal is done. We are not a bank, we do not take deposits, and we do not pay interest.
